Saddle Creek works with Executive Management Teams (EMT) and Funding Sources to formulate and execute the creation of new acquisition based enterprises. The foundation of these enterprises begins with the development of three key components, which are vital to creating a highly successful business.
We implement the initial acquisition phase of an investment strategy in concert with the EMT and continue in an advisory role to complete "add-on" acquisitions while guiding in the strategic direction of the company. We work closely with the EMT and Funding Sources to ensure the achievement of the investment objective. Finally, we execute the appropriate exit strategy, which in most cases is a sale to a strategic buyer.
